Can anyone confirm that 'Information Service' is gone after 2020.x upgrade, leaving only the 'Information Service v3'.
I tried looking online but cant find anything that says it was decomed.
That is correct. SWIS V2 has been removed.
If you're currently monitoring your Orion servers, it is probably with an application template that was originally based on the 2017.3 release. To my knowledge this was the last official update to the Orion monitoring template--until now. If you look in SAM settings, you should see three brand new templates for the primary polling engine, additional polling engine, and additional web servers. Apply these to the relevant servers, remove your old monitoring templates from them, and enjoy the green!

I'll have to look for the new template. I just disabled the Information Service monitoring in the current template as I assumed it was removed.
