Unable to install APE gives error communication process failed for the primary Orion server. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Ports are opened.

APE windows server 2019 standard

Main poller windows server 2016 DC

SolarWinds 2019.4

Thanks for the suggestions but i am still stuck on same error.

We are trying to install APE on different Domain other than MPE.

All required port and tracert are happening.

Case raised with SolarWinds but still not found the exact issue

Do you TLS enable on the APE server?

Were you able to check if the Cipher Suites on both (Primary and APE) servers are the same?
