Menu Failures and License errors

Question

Migrated from 2019.2 to 2020.2 and lost the menu and licensing feature in the web client. I've ran the Configuration Wizard rebuilt everything several times and still wind up with the same result. When I run the installer it picks up the NPM and NCM as being installed and the Netflow as being in evaluation however, on the web client the License Manager only shows the error that's attached. Is there a possible solution to this that I'm missing?

I had the same issue, menu failure and server error after installing HF2 from 2020.2.1 HF1. Rebuilt website, repair Orion Core services, rebooted my server followed the link given by the support via email but no joy. Stayed up until 3.30AM (Dec 18), 3AM (Dec 19), plus calling them during business hour everyday but no single person picks up the call.
