We appreciate to do an integeration between FootPrints Service Desk and Solarwinds NPM to automatically open cases with the responsible team once an triggered event occur. we hope to find it in the next releases
As Footprint service desk seem to have an API already I suggest you use a power shell action in an alert to call their API and open a case.
That's how I do it with other service desk solutions.
