Two pollers polling same type of device returns two different hardware details

Hi,

I'm a bit of a rookie when it comes to troubleshooting MiB's and OiD's but my first guess is there is an OiD missing in my "Poller1" server.  Here's a couple of screen shots showing two devices being polled by two different pollers showing two different results in the Hardware Details.

Is there somehow copy or match what OiD the NPM poller is using, and put it on the other Polling engine to get matching results?

I see two different IP addresses, so something to consider is possible differences between the nodes (firmware, configuration etc.). Looking in the description of each, it does look as though that may be the case. Often devices don't support certain OIDs or publish the correct OIDs so Orion can correctly identify the device until newer releases of software / firmware. Vendors do change this sometimes...

The mibs should be the same between the pollers provided it's part of the same Orion installation, that's likely not an issue.
