Not able to download NTA interface report for custom time interval

Hi All,

I'm not able to download NTA interface report, when i selected manual custom range like (ex, 5 jan-2020 to 5-apr-2020), can anyone help me on this how to get the custom report for selected interface with custom time interval.

There's one more thing in the historic reporting options that's been a problem for me, and I wonder if you're running into it, too.

When I have the historic data being stored for a long enough period, and I go to query it in a report, I have zero success if the report range includes "today".  My suspicion for why a report like "Last three months" may be failing is that it includes today's data, which is constantly changing and incrementing.

Suppose you made or edited your own "Last three months" report, but used a Custom date range that doesn't include the present day.  Solarwinds wouldn't be trying continually add in all of the data it's receiving at the moment, and thereby (maybe) wouldn't fail.

Here's hoping you find the answer you need soon!

@rschroeder Thanks for your response, as you suggested to follow two steps,

1. You suggested to keep the system as idle after selecting the custom 3 month time interval in morning I will get the result. I just want to inform you when I selected the custom 3 month time interval I'm getting error as "Data is not available". Also its not a best practice to keep system as idle until morning as it's a important data which we need on earliest.

2. As you mentioned to select last 7 days or 6 week, I just want to let you know I can pull custom 2 month report but its talking too much time to populate the report but when I tried to pull custom 3 month report its reflecting the error as "data not available" and its taking too much time.

Can anyone please let me know, Could I pull custom 3 month report or not without taking much time as I can pull individual monthly wise report for the same interface every-time its taking too much time to populate the report.
