Error while performing Configuration Wizard for NPM 12.3

Hey Guys,

Im trying to install evaluation copy of NPM 12.3 with default database and it was success, but while performing configuration wizard, ending up with "No valid package combination was found for current system"

Looking for some help if Im missing anything.
