How to get the 95th Percentile from the Custom Chart for mutiple devices.

I am trying to get the 95th Percentile from the Custom Chart of a Universal Device Poller Summary Chart for multiple devices.

Is there a way to export the data the chart shows. I am looking to get this data for a specific device type for a period of time.
