Alert on disk space remaining

Question

I want to have an alert on the C drive when its below 5 GB.  How do i go about creating it?

It seems like when I created an alert, it applies for every node.  What if I want it to be applied to only a specific node?

Here is the Condition and the Trigger Condition you

you can add another Scope Condition "and" node "ip address" equal to "your specific node ip adress"

it should work just fine
