I'm sharing this information just in case applicable to you.
I'm trying to export the interface graph utilization in the "Custom Chart - Min/Max/Average bits per second" to XLS file which is on section Node>interface and was having an issue,
I want the graph utilization exported in excel. There are two selection under the graph “export to XLS” “Export to HTML”
If I select “export to XLS” the server will respond with “Unexpected Website Error” The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.
I open a ticket and this issue has been resolved by TAC by accessing Orion through
https://hostname/Orion Instead of https://IP Address xx.xx.xx.xx/Orion
I use Firefox and Google chrome on NPM 12.4
