I had an issue initially finding the permission checker. Just wanted to add that the filename for this is 'OrionPermissionChecker.exe".
Yes, go to program files\solarwinds\orion and run the the permissions checker. Repair the errors. Re-run the wizard. If it still fails, clear the asp.net cache, restart the website and the the application…
