Cisco Switch Interfaces still seen as down in Solarwinds even after link has been restored

Question

I'm seeing multiple instances where Solarwinds are showing interfaces that were down & are now up as Administratively UP & Operational Status Down.

What's even weirder is that the event log shows that the ports are back online & yet when I check the node details page It is saying the port is operationally down...
