I am new to Solarwinds NPM. I want to see my HP 525 APs as interfaces but found out that they do not respond to SNMP requests. Any way to get them visible as interfaces?
I have the same issue with a customers HP 830 Wireless Controller and HP 560-WW AP's. I currently have this logged with support as I have had to add in custom HP Mib's to get some of the information. It has been put in as a feature request due to the 830 not using the below OID's.
If your AP's are provisioned and controlled from your Wireless Controller I havent found a way to Manage them individually only through the controller itself. But you as i found with My AP's i could configure ICMP requests to ensure we had some visibility on the network. If you add the below OID's to your controller do you get any additional information from the SNMP traps?
