Circuit Interface Speed Flutuations

Question

We're just rolling out a new WAN and as part of the SLA with the provider is that all connectivity should have a minimum of 40Mbps throughput.

Is there anyway in NPM to be able to report\alert on when the interface drops below the 40Mbps threshold for say 72hrs?

Any help would be much appreciated?

Presumably this will only work if we have SNMP access to the router provided by the Telco so we can actually monitor the WAN interface?
