Solarwinds Team has created a hidden but very useful Deployment Health page under - Settings - All settings - High Availability Deployment Summary - Deployment Health
Orion version 2018.2 RaviK
Excellent input Sameer. I think this will be very useful for folks who are bogged down with stability issues of the platform.
Pre and post refresh outputs clearly indicate how you could get the platform to be more robust.

I have tried looking at this option within our environment but do not have any tabs showing after selecting the Settings - All settings - High Availability Deployment Summary.
Does anyone know the fix for this issue?
Is your Orion Version 2018.2 ?
From the screenshots, that looks like it would be pretty cool. However, on my installation I just get a blank section of page under the Deployment Health tab. Don't know if this is because my installation is not on the internet or not.
First time it takes longer to load but should work. or refresh and try again.
I have left it up multiple times for twenty minutes or longer and refreshed multiple times. Still nothing.
How do I confirm exactly? Looking at Orion platform details and it looks like 2017.03
Yep!....Same thing here 2018.2 HF6
are you using https by any chance with a valid certificate.
we use ie by default and certificate works but health page doesnt.
if i open chrome using same url where the certifcate doesnt work the health page works!!!
I have a ticket open with support and the last email
"First, just to set your expectation, applying a third party certificate is already out of our scope of support and to be honest, Error 404 is more of an IIS issue rather than Solarwinds as we simply utilize IIS to publish the site."
What!!! so its fine to pass user's active directory passwords in clear text over http?????????
I had the same issue. "Deployment health and updates available tabs are both blank or give 404 error depending on which browser I use." It was resolved by deleting the entire SolarWinds website under IIS and rebuilding it by running the Configuration Wizard.
We are using https with a valid certificate. I am redirecting the HTTP traffic in IIS over to the HTTPS site to enforce the security. I turned that off and tried both HTTP and HTTPS versions of the site and still the health page is blank. I can run the active diagnostic tool directly from the server and see the results. We actually have additional polling engines, so on the server tab we can see each server, just the health tab and the updates tab are black. Thought the updates tab is expected to be blank as our installation does not have access to the internet.
Finally realized we were getting the same 404 error as others. Didn't see the error until I inspected the page in Chrome. We re-ran through the configuration wizard for the website as suggested by others. And.... we are still getting the same error.
I also had the same issue with the page being blank...after some time with the solarwinds tech...with "just bring up the page and let it load it may take some time" or "try a different web browser"....I tried the configuration wizard (which they also suggested..to be far) but when I got an error with the website binding the tech did not worry too much about it...They just mentioned it was because the box was checked during the configuration wizard for website binding...once i unchecked the box and the configuration wizard re-configured the binding on the website all is right with the world....deployment health page is operational...
We stopped services with the 'Orion Service Manager', stopped the 'World Wide Web Publishing Service', renamed the Solarwinds directory under c:\inetpub, deleted the Solarwinds site in the IIS Manager, then ran the Configuration Wizard so it had to rebuild the site. Once it was done the Deployment Health tab was working and I reapplied my SSL cert binding in IIS Manager.
Just FYI here is an in-depth blog on the Orion Health Page: Who Watches the Watchmen? The Orion Health Page!
Thanks for the suggestions. I just tried that too and am still getting the 404 error. I've submitted a support case for it (00206807 ).
In my enviroment its only possible to see the deployment health when i use the webserver from the orion core.
If i want to see the deployment health when i use the additional webserver i can just see a blank page.
Link does not work anymore
@planglois, here is an updated link
