Toolset won't launch from Webconsole after upgrade

After upgrading to 10.4, the toolset will not lauunch from the webconsole. Any thoughts?

Apparently our version of Toolset did not have Toolset integration tray application. We loaded latest version of toolset adn launched this application and now it works.

To Clarify it is only the tool set items ping and trace route. The other launchers, ie RDP, SSH work.
