Problem Launching System Manager for first time

When trying to launch the System Manager for the first time an install window for Orion NPM also comes up, but fails because it can't get exclusive access to SWDiscovery.cfg... Any thoughts?

On which??? This is the screenshot by the way... And everythign else about the app works just fine... I am just trying to get to the Network Wide reports...
