We've installed version 9.1 - sp2 (clean install / new system)
NPM is running fine, only an issue with emailing basic alerts.
Basic alerts are displayed OK.
Test-emails of basic alerts are delivered OK. (and are shown in our smtp-server)
Automatic emails of basic alerts are NOT delivered. (and not show up in our smtp-server)
