When I go to acknowledge some alerts I cannot check their box and if I click on them the notes say read-only.
How do I acknowledge them?

To ensure that you can acknowledge any/all alerts, reformulate the basic alerts as advanced alerts, and then delete the basic alerts. You should then be able to acknowledge any alert condition.

Are these basic or advanced alerts? Basic alerts can not be acknowledged.
I'm assuming some form of basic. they say "interface status" and there are others under the "advanced alerts" category. How do you get these to stop showing up then? We don't want any alerts to show that we've dealt with.
