SNMP issue on solaris

Question

hello guys...

i need some help.... i have recently enter the solaris world, i have installed solarwinds NPM but unfortunately it cannot polled information from solaris version 9. i have read that it is a MIBs problem i want to know which MIBs to install so that i can received more information to be able to manage well solaris 9 servers.

I am not sure. Which SNMP agent are you running? Net-SNMP or the SUN SNMP daemons?

The response is probably in their respective forum of documentation. Feel free to post further details of which agent you are using, which commands you used to compile the MIB and the full error it returned. I or someone else may be able to help you.

i have downloaded these MIBs, but while installing these MIBs i got object errors what can be done to solve this issue and enable me to monitor my solaris server version 9.
