I dont believe this is possible, as the APEs can only attach to one Orion platform at a time.
The Enterprise Operations Console, Enterprise Operations Console - EOC | SolarWinds would be one way forward and/or doubling up on your APE would be the other.
Oh, missing the obvious one here, but have you looked at the Orion HA?
