We are trying to use Unmanage Editor, and it works fine, with one exception. The only person who is able to access or use it is the person that unzipped it. We have played with the permissions on the server but this has made no difference. It appears that something within the unmanage editor program will not allow anyone other than the "installer" access.
Any ideas?
It was a Windows issue after all.
