Problem syslog server

Hello,
I have installed Orion NPM 7.8 in Server 2000 SP4 Anglais.
The problem is that when I run the syslog server, and I click to search messages (for example) or Add New Syslog Rule he doesn’t display the list of Message Severity and Message Facility in Severity/Facility Tab, no information display.
Please, how can I to resolve this problem?

In most cases, this issue can be resolved by re-running the Orion Configuration Wizard. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact the SolarWinds Tech Support Team at Support@SolarWinds.Net and they'll help you resolve the issue.
