According to the KB dated Dec. 4, 2018, there is a problem with TrendMicro not respecting antivirus exclusions and therefore not playing nicely with SolarWinds. The proposed solution is to upgrade to the latest version of TrendMicro. Does this solution actually work? Can TrendMicro be used with exclusions with Platform 2019.4, or should it be disabled/removed in favor of another antivirus solution? Thank you for your help.
