Cisco SmartNet

Question

I am working on my Cisco Smartnet, I have 99% of all my Cisco gear in NMP and I am wondering if anyone has been able to use their Database to get a listing of all their equipment and serial numbers?

I have added a Custom Mib Poller and then assigned all my devices so in the web view I can see the serial number of the chassis, but I can not figure out how to get a listing of all the gear and serial numbers in a CVS or XLS.

I'm sure that this might require a custom SQL Report but I wanted to see if anyone else has been able to do this.

You can use the Custom Properties Editor  to add serials and display and filter within both the Orion Network Performance Monitor Web Console and the Report Writer-

I would think you could do this throught the report writer. You can also see the SQL query in the preview pain of report writer.
