How To Send SNMP Traps Automatically

Dears,

I'm using SolarWinds Orion NPM v.8 and i want to know how to send SNMP Traps Automatically

for Example: I have Unicenter NSM Software and i have on it like event viewer and i'm sending SNMP Traps using Alerts

The Question is :

how to send these traps automatically and what is the perscentage of success
