Cannot start SolarWinds Orion NPM Web Engine (OrionNPMWeb.Application).

Error Number 13
Type mismatch

You may need to rerun the SolarWinds Configuration Wizard.

This is the error on the website has anybody ever dealt with this before.....

I was on the phone with solarwinds all day yesterday and I ran the Config wizard about 3 time among a million other different fixes and nothing has worked so far.....

I haven't run into that error before, but have you tried to rerun the SolarWinds Configuration Wizard yet?  I'd try that before running through a full reinstall.
