How to make a report re-poll before executing?

Question

Hi,

I had a bunch of sites failover to backup today.  I have a report that shows next hop for specific subnets.  About an hour and a half after this failover, the report ran, but the new routes to the backup routers had not updated.  I re-polled a couple primary routers manually and a few minutes later they had the correct backup route.  How do I make the report re-poll devices before retrieving the information (next hop) from the routers?

Alternative way to approach this issue--configure devices to send SNMP trap on routing events:

Choose how long the condition must exist before an alert is triggered.

This prevents receiving alerts when the alert condition, such as high

CPU utilization, occurs briefly or only once during a certain time

period.

* Send an alert immediately when the condition is met by clearing any selection for Condition must exist for more than.
            * Wait before sending an alert by selecting Condition must exist for more than, and entering how long the condition must exist. This option prevents multiple alerts firing if the condition is temporary.

In the Polling Settings section you can set the global values, but I recommend as you have already found to adjust on the node level.
