user access to a NOC view

Question

I need to set up user access to a NOC view I have created. The view will be a big map that posts to a 42 inch LCD screen. There will be 6 or 7 helpdesk personnel looking at it. Can all 6 people be logged into the same user acount at the same time on their PCs viewing the same view, or do I need to create separate user accounts? Should the PC that is connected to the LCD screen be logged in to the same user acount or does it need to have its own account too? Is this a Windows thing or an Orion thing?

The utility I am using is called YRefresher a quick google search will find it.  It says it is written for IE4 (been out a long time) but I have been using it with IE6 and IE7 for over a year with no issues.

Another suggestion that we use for our NOC was to install a third party plugin to force IE to refresh on a scheduled basis (I have it set to 2 minutes)  Since the refresh setting in Solarwinds is global we didn't want everyone to refresh that often so doing it with a third party plugin gave us additional control.

I created two views, one for the big screens and then a separate view that my users log into that was a little more desktop friendly than the big view I created for the boards.
