Unable to Upgrade my Addt'l Poller

I did a 10.2 upgrade to my primary poller/Orion server and it appears to have run the upgrade normall and the web site came back up. I have a secondary poller that needs to be upgraded but I am getting this when I trry the run:

The versions of Orion installed on the main Orion server and on this server do not match.

Module 'NPM' on the main Orion server is an older version than the one you are trying to install on this server. You must first update this module on the main Orion server before installing Module 'NPM' on this server.

So much documentation to plow through I am hoping there is a easy resolution to this message since I have only the next couple of days to upgrade my systems.

Upgrade to 10.2.1 is complete. My main issue was not realizing there was a 10.2.1 for the primary poller. I initially installed 10.2 on the primary and attempted a 10.2.1 on the additional poller, not supported path. Upgrade primary to 10.2.1 and all went well.

Licensing issues too, but they were easily fixed.

Did you follow all of the steps listed in the Quick Start Guide for installing and upgrading NPM? There is a section dedicated to upgrading addt'l pollers.
