Solarwinds Error OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 node Down!

Question

Hi,

I am testing Solarwinds Orion Platform 2019.2 HF1, NPM 12.5 last version, but when I try to add a node, I get this error

From WireShark:

From NET-SNMP Windows:

This file is using snmpwalk from Solarwinds "C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SnmpWalk.exe"

Could you help me please to fix this issue!.

what kind of device are u trying to add? As per the error its asking for SNMP/WMI credentials which it is not getting while discovery....

If Orion server can ping the node, set the ICMP data content in the polling Settings to fix the problem
