We have a NPM server that was setup with a test email account. The test email account has sense been replaced with Contact Center, Monitoring, Alert Center email address.
1) All of the email address have been placed into the Default Email settings with in the NPM web console. (replacing the test email account)
2) Basic alerts have been disabled in the Basic Alert Manager.
3) All alerts in the Advanced Alert Manger have been set to point to the default email setting "${DefaultEmailTo}
We have also tried reboot the SolarWinds NPM server.
The alert emails only go to the original test email. No alerts emails are sent to Contact Center, Monitoring, Alert Center email address.
