When I send a chart to myself from NPM via File-> Send To->Mail Recipient
I get the following in my inbox:

Why is this happening? Can anyone help me? Thanks.

When I send email to myself to a yahoo account I dont experience this issue. However when I sent it to myself via outlook 2007 I get the email with the chinese characters.

What version of NPM are you running? Also, do any of your servers use Chinese? For example, the NPM server or your Exchange server?
Can you post a screenshot of your alert actions? Do you know which alert is sending this email?
