Pass multiple variables to a resource

Question

I have a form that I can ask for multiple values:  Value A & value B

I would like to pass these two variables to a custom SWQL resource.

I have found all sorts of ways to build a custrom SWQL resource search for one variable but nothing for more than one.

Does anyone have an idea of how you would do this?

I will be building a custom HTML form and wanting to pass the two variable off to a custom query resource.

As far as I am aware if the variables are within the same Table, you will be able to search and filter on the multiple variables.

Unfortunately, not 100% sure what the SWQL Command Line is from Memory.
