We observed an issue when we opened the website, attached image is displayed. After sometime, it automatically resolved.
Please assist me as how can we prevent this issue from occurring?

What does the log OrionWeb.log say?

The image you attached is just a notification that there is an error. You can follow the instructions on it to show the actual error on the webpage if you want. The preferable method is to use the logs as the others have suggested. Until we know what the actual error was we can't help you prevent it.
I have seen this message once before in our own environment when someone had messed around with security settings in AWS and our Main Poller couldn't contact the Database anymore.
