Is this occurring with v 8.5.1? In the Report Scheduler, are you checking Retrieve a Printable Version of this Page on the Orion Web Login tab of the New Job Wizard?
Could you elaborate on this report? How is it setup and how much data is on it?
I suspect it is the way this report is configured unless you are getting this issue with other (smaller sized) reports. In that case you should consider opening a support ticket.
