First thing with the RSOE EDIS – we can’t embed it because it’s not an image.  It’s a fully interactive website.  I’ve tried more than a few tricks of HTML and I can’t get any of them to work. Long story short, I know when I’m beat.

If you want to add it as an external site in a view of its own:

* Add external websites to the Orion Platform

If you would you just rather have it in a widget on an existing page:

* Create custom HTML resource view - Success Center
* Display an embedded Web page in Orion - Success Center
