Kaj_Lehtinen
Hi!
Anyone integrated the Kiwi Cattools2 program & its HTML output on device configs & device config changes into Orion v7?

Hi Kaj,
We use the Kiwi tools for Cisco device configuration management. Here is how I have it configured:
I have a custom property called HTTP_config for my Orion devices.
In this custom property I include the URL to the config files like so:
<a target=_blank href=/device-docs/config/${IP_Address}-home.htm>Cisco Configuration</a>
I then include this custom property on my default node view.
NOTE: ${IP_address} is a macro that expands to the IP address of the node in Orion.
A little perl script that one of our systems analysts wrote creates the 'home page' for each device with a list of links and dates to each of the configuration HTML files. This script creates a file IP-home.htm where IP is a device IP address.
I hope this helps.
If you have any questions let me know via the forum or shoot me an email.
Be fantastic.

Any chance to get a copy of the perl script to get some influence to write a vbs script?
/Kaj
