Network Tab / Change NPM Summary Home View?

Question

When I log in to Orion NPM v10 (2010.1.0), I am presented with the default Network Summary Home view from the Home tab.  I understand how to change this view by selecting a new Home Page View from the Account Manager.  This is similar for the Netflow tab where its view can be selected in the NTA Settings section of the Account Manager.  I am running into some confusion on where to set the view for the Network tab.  I do not seem to see anywhere in the Account Manager or NMP Settings section where I can change the default NMP Summary Home view to a new view.  I've seen questions of a similar nature mentioned in prior posts, but I have not seen a clear answer to this question.  Is there a section where I can update the Network tab view without having to resort to hacking up the Network Tab Menu Bar?

Thanks for the response, borgan, this is indeed my question.  I had hoped I would not need to edit the menu bar, as it seems such an inelegant solution compared to how easy it is to change the view for the Home and Netflow tabs.  It this is the only solution available then so be it, but I do hope this will be corrected in a future product release.

If I understand your question, you want to change the "home page" view for the Network tab. To do that, you will have to edit the menu bar for the Network tab.

Create a new view (or edit and rename an existing one) using Manage Views. Then, using the Customize Menu Bars, create a new menu bar item using the Add Item button. Use the URL corresponding to your new view. Place this new menu bar item at the top of the list of items in the Network menu bar so that it will load when you click on the Network tab.
