Network Map problem?

Is anyone getting their network map to load? I keep getting the following error:

Error: There was no endpoint listening at net.tcp://localhost:17777/SolarWinds/InformationService/Orion/ssl that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

What I think is funny is that I use the web console and NPM is installed on another machine. localhost:17777 will never resolve but it doesn't work on the NPM box either.

Problem solved.... The W2K server's App Log was full and set to "do not overwrite" thus prevented the "Solarwinds Information Service" to start. Thanks to Oliver - Solarwinds Tech Support Engineer.
