NPM shows node down yet all stats show node up (interfaces etc)

Question

Hi,

We have several nodes shown as down (only on the node detail page)

All interfaces are up the Status actually says UP- RED icon.

After i unmanage the device (for ten minutes) the device refreshes with the correct UP-GREEN icon.

Whats going on? Is there something i need to change? As the show worst status for the group shows UP and so does the list of node page! Its literally the Node details page for the actual node.

Please help ive spent all morning trying to figure this one:(

Found a work around.

Once discovered devices using sonar, either unmanage and remove unwanted interfaces then remanage.

Orion knows only to monitor the new selected interfaces.

Or remove the unwanted interfaces then click unmanage then remanage (refreshes what interfaces should be monitored)
