Network Node is Down But Solarwinds Orion NPM 10.4.1 showing Device Status is UP

Question

Dear All,

when I am adding new devices in NPM 10.4.1 with status only ICMP, device can add and NPM show status ip up now. After that when i unplug device from network it is still showing the device status is up. I have configured email notification against my netowrk device if device status is not going to down so that NPM not will email notifications. I am facing this about from three days. It was working fine before.Kindly tell me what are the possibilities that are creating probelm and how can i  fix this serious issue.

You should get that fixed and consider upgrading to a later version. I believe your version is no longer supported.

SolarWinds Job Engine Version 2 is not running. I have restarted several

times SolarWinds server but status is same.

Are all your services up and running? Have you tried rebooting your Solarwinds server?
