Integration with BMC PEM

Has anyone done any integration with BMC PEM (Patrol Enterprise Manager). I've been using it now and just sending the alerts as a trap, which BMC can read and perform much more complex actions that Orion alone. I would definately like to hear from anyone else who might have done the same.

My management made the poor choice to go knee deep in with BMC. The new Poractive Net piece is really cool, but to integrate with Orion and actually pull data points from Orion will require sql scripts for each variable I want to see. Way too much work for a high level correlation of all the possible devices and root cause analysis. I can't wait to see the bill for next year. If anyone hase done this, please let me know. Any help would be welcomed.

Everything from BMC is expensive and I have issues with companies who sell so many products but won't let you view any documentation or knowledge base without being under contract and logging in. If a companies products are good you shouldn't have to hide the documentation.
