We have a circuit with a DSU bandwith of 44210. When I generate a 3 month min/max/average utilization graph I see periods showing over a 100% utiliization. How can this happen? I looked at the circuit properties for the node in Orion and both the Transmit and Receive Bandwidth settings are set to 44210000
