Could you help me to find out this MIB

Two directions you could go. Go through the Apache documentation and see if you can find something in there, or use the SNMP MIB Walk application in the Engineers Toolset to walk the server and see if it comes back with any Apache related information. There is also a third option, check on the Apache message boards and see if someone there as your answer.
