Virtualization tab: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Anyone else getting this when trying to access the Virtualization tab in NPM?

I just upgraded today from v10 (via incrementals), so this is brand new... not something that worked & stopped. Any ideas before I hit up a support case?
