Cannot access main SQL Server Database

Question

Hi to All,

I am getting the following error messages on solarwinds webconsole for every 30 minutes after 5 min it got refreshed to monitoring page. "Cannot access main SQL Server Database". can anyone suggest me some idea to troubleshoot this issue.

Have you verified the SA password?  Has that changed recently by any chance?

Hi to all,

i dont have customer id with me, now. so i cannot raise support ticket. if you have any other idea or whether i need support from solarwinds tech support team to resolve this issue?

What version of NPM are you running?

And please post the Support Ticket number if you've opened one.
