No external access to SFTP / SCP Server

Hello!  I'm new here and I would really appreciate your help.
I am not able to access the SFTP / SCP Server externally. Locally I can get access. The port 22 is open, I have already released port 22 on the windows firewall and on the router, I have ip fixed. What can it be?

Allow Port 22 on Firewall (internal/external/Server firewall settings) on the Solarwinds server where SFTP is configured and Running and then only it will be accessible in your domain.
