Adjust Resource Position on Custom Page to make things look "flush" with one another

Hey guys,

I have a quick question about managing custom resources on a custom page. I have multiple resources monitoring different groups of servers displayed on one page and I was was wondering if it was possible to somehow adjust the position of each resource so that they look "even." I do not mean adjust the position by using the up/down arrows under the "Customize Page" button within each resource column. The reason why I have all of these resources in one page is that I have grouped all the servers based on country and I would not want to separate the servers on different pages solely for organization purposes. I don't know if I am asking correctly, so here is an example:

I would want the top of each resource to be even with one another:

This is more of me being a neat/perfection freak, but it would really help in having our NOC guys visualize the data better.

Please, if there are any suggestions, please let me know, and I apologize if this has already been answered. I've searched and searched and could not find a suitable response.

You can. If you edit InetPub\SolarWinds\Orion\NetPerfMon\Resources\Misc\ShortBlankSpace.ascx and change the "height:100px;" to something larger will increase the space.

The resources really ought to be the same size. If they are not, then you might look to make sure that your lines are not word wrapping and that the columns are wide enough.

Each resource on that page contains different amounts of elements; even if word wrapping is not present, I don't think they would be equal in size

Hi Jimmy,

If I understand your question correctly you are referring to adjusting the vertical spacing to create horizontal alignment.

I think Jason was referring to the column widths.

Have you looked at the white space resource under miscellaneous resources? It should allow you to insert a blank space to compensate for different table heights and align the tables for horizontal neatness.

I didn't think to look there. I feel bad about asking another question, but would it be possible to modify the height of the blank space?
