I am currently upgrading SolarWinds and Windows Server as per the following:
My previous environment setup:
- Windows Server 2008 R2
- Microsoft SQL Server 2012
- SolarWinds NPM 12.1
- SolarWinds NCM 7.6
My new environment setup:
- Windows Server 2016
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016
- SolarWinds NPM 12.4
- SolarWinds NCM 7.9
Pre-upgrade, access from Solaris 10 was relatively quick - never blisteringly quick but usable. Access from Windows is quick. Since upgrading, access from Solaris 10 has dramatically slowed down (15 seconds before, 40 seconds to load/render node details after)
Browsing from FireFox version 69.0.2 from a Windows device is fast. Any browsing from the Solaris operating system using FireFox (latest I have compiled and tested with is version 64) is slow or returns the following apolloisolate scripting error. This error only occurs on Solaris:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
Script: 192.169.99.19/.../appoloisolate
I have read a few support cases around the appoloisolate but haven't been able to find much. My network isn't internet accessible so I am also unable to demonstrate the issue to support. Has anyone else had any issues like this?
